Accomodation was; very spacy in deed, 2 desks to work on. Very Clean. Decor good. Staff very helpfull and polite. Didnt eat there. Parking not to good. Excellant price and value for money. Ideal location for our show in Canterbury. Quiet and good nights sleep.
We stop here a lot through work. Its clean, cheerful and in a good location. The staff here are fab,so friendly and helpful.(Anthea and Ellie)the receptionists were kind and professional on our last visit. As with days inn they are basic but the price is very reasonable given the location,. Would recommend.
Check in okay pleasant staff. Noisey place & when people started running up corridor at 4am nobody about to do anything. No phone reception, basic.
We got a room for £10 and have to say it was lovely. Room was lovely and big, spotlessly clean and very cosy. Lovely comfy bed and nice big bathroom. A 25 minute walk took us to the Sugar Loaf pub in the nearby village of Hollingbourne, had a great Saturday night with the locals, they made us feel welcome....

Waited ages to get checked in. Got to my room, looked like someone had spent ten minutes cleaning it, uncomfortable bed. needless to say i won't be staying here again.
Simple rooms, that aren't too clean. Beds are too soft for my back. It's a handy place for your channel crossing, but nothing more. Breakfast is not included and served in the roadside reastaurant. It is cheap though.
This is just a place to sleep on the way to or from the ferries or the Channel Tunnel. We were on the way back and decided that carrying on our homeward bound journey of another 4 to 6 hours driving at 2am was just idiotic, so we hunted a bed for the night.

Rooms are OK - free Wifi again (but the...

This was the 2nd time I had stayed and on both occasions I was impressed. Whilst the Inn was strictly utilitarian, that was what a traveler wants. There was ready access to food but no alcoholic drinks were available at either the hotel or nearby dining facilities. Mini bars in each room could fix that. I shall stay there again.
Thanks for your review. We are so pleased to hear that you had a comfortable night with us here at Premier Inn. We endeavour to provide all our guests with a good value quality stay. Thank you for you comments regarding the mini bar, we are a service area location and because of this alcohol is not available, however your...
