This hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly and the food is good. But we had a problem with noise from the nearby dual carriageway. The lack of air conditioning and the hot weather meant that for my first two nights, I had a choice of being disturbed by the heat - or if I opened the windows, by traffic... More

Parking - Plenty! Check in - A lovely friendly young lady checked me in. Could not ask for more. Room - Clean, comfy, not too hot (although it was roasting outside) Bed - Not as good as the exec rooms but got a really good night sleep being able to spread out and still not reach the sides. Breakfast -... More

Nice large room good gym and pool, great choice for breakfast and the buffet style dinner was okay. Staff very helpful and the only downside was paying for wi fi you can get a free hour in reception bizarrely that means anyone can walk in and get it as the code is widely advertised yet hotel customers pay or sit... Actually staying here as I write this review so to begin with. We walk in the parking tickets are ridiculously confusing it states that the hotel is actually going to charge you to park in its grounds.secondly upon entering the room. In ridiculous summer heat I turn to find the air conditioning only to discover the cheap pointless desk fan.... More

A typical Hilton Hotel. Professionally organised, good quality at a reasonable price. Parking was slightly difficult; I had to use the overflow carpark on the first night and had quite a walk with luggage. Hotel reception, bar staff and dining room staff are excellent - really helpful. Nice large rooms with good work-desk. However, slightly strange design in that the... More

Quick one night stay here on the way to the Tunnel. Pool excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Value for money was great as we booked well in advance. Bar pries a bit hefty though and some redecoration needed in communal areas such as stairs and landings.

we stayed here overnight to attend Kent County Show the next day – big rooms, clean, comfortable, large bathrooms, did not stint on the toiletries! Helpful reception staff, nice bar and restaurant wasn't bad either! Everyone was really helpful and we will definitely stay here again – we stay the in Hilton brand lots and I definitely rate this one!

We stayed here on route to the tunnel before our holiday to France. It's in a perfect location just off the motorway and only 30 miles from the tunnel. Staff were great, breakfast was superb, our only complaint was no aircon - 4 of us in the room (wife and 2 young children) And it was hot! Would recommend.

The reception area was very smart, and had a very plesent area outside to sit and relax in the sun, We went to use the pool, and must say it is the cleanest pool so far. one young lad was actually in the pool wipeing the sides never...
