2 bedroom hotel which contained a bog in one and a bed in the other - basic! I found location noisy due to traffic. Hotel is besides a river which provided a pleasant scenery and local amenities, restaurants and night life close by in abundance. Local superstore close by where you can park the car if the small hotel car... More

I stayed at Maidstone Central for 2 nights. The room was very nice and so were most of the staff. The only problem was that there were roadworks going on at night and I got very little sleep as a result.

Excellent location very close to Maidstone centre, a great breakfast and the beds are very comfortable. The carpark is fairly small but the nearby one at ASDA Living can be used for free when full (you need to enter your reg on a computer in reception to avoid a ticket). The free wifi is good BUT limited to 30mins per... More

Very convenient location for our Channel Tunnel Crossing from Folkestone. Very comfortable room and friendly staff. Cleanliness of all parts of the hotel could not be faulted. We found the truly outstanding feature however was the choice, quality and value for money of the breakfast - one of the best we have come across from a range of hotels(both budget... More

What a great stay on two separate days. The hotel was in a great location and the team at the hotel were very welcoming. Every member of staff was helpful in a very natural way. Many thanks to you all.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was clean, the staff were all great, really friendly and helpful. Loved the new breakfast! Especially the pancakes, try them. Easy access to the town centre too. Would stay here again.

Great little hotel, comfortable and quiet, good food, great service, parking offsite a bit annoying. Definite lack of forethought in amount of onsite parking. Easy access to town centre. Lovely views.

Room wasn't very clean, staff are not very approachable. Tried booking for a second night and they told us we had to pay double the price we paid on the first night we wanted to stay a second night but when we tried to do this they tried charging up double what we had paid on the first night!!!

Stayed here easter Sunday. Lovely guy on reception...polite and friendly. Room was clean, and we were able to get ice from the bar for our own drinks. Only criticism would be that shower not that hot or powerful but that's not a huge issue. Would definitely stay again 😊

Stayed 8 nights in a family Room ,space enough, big breakfast for £ 7.95 extra, located next to lidl with fresh bakery and just 5 minutes walk from town Center. Rail also just a walk away. To London 1 h drive, also seaside - good location for discover south England.
