I think I've been had. I paid extra for 'executive'. I think that basically means a plate with 4 sorry pieces of fruit, a bathrobe and some shampoo. Came here first in 2010 when visiting the xscape the dry ski slopes and then came back again the following year when we had a brief heatwave in October. Great location to the sound centre lively area close to bars and restaurants. Hotel clean and staff are friendly and helpful. More

The reception staff were polite & friendly and made checking in and locating a parking space in the multi-story car park opposite (£10 overnight) an easy experience. Attended a rugby match in Milton Keynes with my son so was looking for value. Ramada encore certainly gave that! Nice hotel, nice staff good atmosphere.
