Stayed in the hotel for one night whilst on a course over at the HD Brow training centre. I found it to be basic but clean. The bed was comfy, tv worked and there was a tea/coffee tray. Shower was good and bathroom was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. I went to the pub part for dinner and... More

Comfy bed, clean basic rooms, friendly staff and brilliant atmosphere in the Pub restaurant. The food was ace and much better than the meal at nandos the night before. All of my business colleagues echo the same opinion as myself

While this place was mostly clean the furniture was dated and the grouting in the bathroom was pretty mouldy. The shower head was badly in need of descaling. Scapes and dents all over the place. Very very thin walls and noisy plumbing. The curtains were nearly falling off the rail. Dirty windows. OK in a pinch, as the bed was... More

You have to call someone to reception using the phone on the desk as the hotel is attached to a pub.Someone came... More

Good hotel for over night business trip.Lovely breakfast and staff.Only critisim it was a bit cold in the room but I am generally a cold person so wouldn't put that as a down side to this hotel. Two of my collegues stayed at the same time and didn't have a problem so must have been me.
