As everyone else has said, this is a lovely little place tucked away into a tranquil village, and yet only a stone's throw from Milton Keynes. Everything you could ask for in a B and B is here: excellent mattress for a good night's sleep; character; tasteful room design; cleanliness; nice little touches like home-made cupcakes with the tea-making facilities;... Very clean, warm welcome and rooms, good atmosphere, helpful owners, good size rooms, well cooked breakfast, well run pub with restaurant next door and lots of regular customers. If only there were more B&Bs like this.

I don't think I've ever been to a B&B and not complain about something. This was spot on! I was welcomed by the owner who kindly carried my case to my room and was very friendly. I stayed in a standard room which was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. There was a nice selection of beverages to choose from which... More

If you're in the area, there is probably no better place to stay. A group of 5 of us stayed for 2 nights, taking the Bakery, two superior and two of the standard rooms, all attractive and well presented. There were no complaints from anyone about the level of comfort and cleanliness and careful attention by the owners. The rooms... More

This lovely b&b is a real gem. It's situated in a pretty village across a little stream, next to a massive old weeping willow. My room was cosy and very welcoming (the owner having called to see what time l'd be arriving and switched the heating in ready) and beautifully furnished with an old wooden writing desk and bent wood... I stumbled upon Home Farm by accident, as the hotels in Milton Keynes were full. What a discovery! This is by far the best B&B I have stayed in. Steven is very welcoming, the rooms are furnished and equipped to a high standard, and breakfast is delicious! Oh...and there is free wi-fi. I will definitely stay here again.

Really lovely place to stay and fantastic hosts too. Spotlessly clean, great facilities and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was perfect - proper scrambled eggs with quality bacon and sausages, followed by toast and local honey! Who could ask for more. I would recommend to anyone, will definitely be going back.

We stayed here for one night as we had a meeting close by. The welcome was warm and room perfect to match the age of the building. Ample breakfast and good pub next door for your evening meal. Would stay again if in area

I have stayed at Home Farm regularly over the last few years and can honestly say it is one of the best bed and breakfasts that I have ever used. The rooms in the barn are cozy, clean and well furnished, the breakfasts are really good, and the welcome very warm and friendly without being overbearing. Its also in a... More
