I booked this hotel for one night and thought the room was nice. The only problem was it was very warm, and there was no air conditioning, only a heating thermostat. You could open the window a small amount, but the room was still warm. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were very helpful. more

This hotel is known locally as Novo 'Joke! and it certainly lives up to it's name! Checked in to dirty rooms which took a few hours to amend, when calling reception or room service no answer after letting it ring for 10 minutes!
