Looking a little dated. Carpets very worn and corridors very gloomy. staff couldn't ask for better. Polite, accomadating. Nice having a pool, sauna & steam room facilities but just needs a little TLC. “relaxing stay”

This hotel was ideally situated for central Milton Keynes. It was a real bonus to have leisure facilities. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Additionally when I travel again I would look for a Novotel as the standard was very high and excellent value for money.

I have been at this hotel a number of times and the staff are beginning to remember me and understand my requirements. I had a great welcome from the reception and restaurant staff. The hotel manager was in reception when I arrived and also welcomed me. And that is all that is required.

This is the second time we have used this hotel and I would be glad to recommend this to my friends and family. The children loved the swimming pool and spa. I thought the breakfast very good value for money.
