The place is noisy, understaffed and with no telephone to call the one member of staff, it can and was pandemonium on a Saturday night! Door closers have no dampers so slam and woke us up at 2 am. 3 am. 4 am

...because I don't.. I've had better stays in second rate youth hostels. Shower, Wif-Fi and TV didn't work, miles away from anywhere, provided me with a "map" of the local area which was only any use for finding their "sponsors". Unbelievably uncomfortable bed.

Close to the station, friendly and efficient. That's most of the simple things you need! Everything else that was wrong with my stay was possibly unavoidable. The room (with a midday check-in) is priced the same as most nearby so is not especially good value. Still, my room (3) was large and had most things you need. My issues were-... More

Convenient location in Central Milton Keynes, reception basic as expected but it was £32 for a family of 4. You simply cannot go wrong. Walls a bit thin and no restaurant attached but Wetherspoons and a Mexican restaurant literally 5 minutes walk across the road. No need for the £5 breakfast then ;)

Stayed here a few years back to break up a long journey on the trains, easy to get to, as on the same road as the station. Very close to the town centre, close to many food outlets so easy to get something to eat. Comfy place to sleep and quiet to boot. If i were doing another long train... More

Very adequate service with very friendly staff. The breakfast was a breakfast box which I didn't have, instead I went to Shenley End Travelodge for breakfast which was a £3.99 all you can eat breakfast buffet which was fabulous. Free parking. The wifi was very fast and very cheap also. The room was clean and the bedding changed daily.

I recently stayed here for a birthday - the hotel was immaculate! clean, tidy, welcoming staff, easy check-in/check-out, convenient location, plenty of parking (of which is free, even after check-out), staff were able to advise on places to eat and visit and we were even able to order domino's to the room! Great stay! :)
