The hotel name can be misleading with the other Holiday Inn in Milton Keynes. This one is some way from the centre and is nearer Newport Pagnell. A big group of girls decided to stay at the hoilday in to give one of my good friends the best send off as she was leaving the country. Very pleasant, but rather isolated hotel. Rooms are marginally better than your standard Holiday Inn and the staff were, without exception, first rate. Restaurant was good, although if you are staying for several nights and fancy going out for a meal one evening there is absolutely nowhere to walk to! I stayed here on the way down to a wedding in Aylesbury, travelling from Glasgow, so after a long journey a good hotel was what we needed. I thought this Holiday Inn was nice. We spent a couple of hours in the bar in the evening, staff were friendly, seating area was nice. Breakfast good too. No problems at all. more
