One night only in January 2010. Arrived there at about 17.30. Was told that their 1 lift was broken and I was on the 3rd floor. Stayed in 2 adjoining rooms with our young family (7,3,3 & 1). The rooms were decidedly average, but the service from each & every member of staff was outstanding, a pleasure to stay there.
