Female staff were very friendly, very helpful and always wore a smile. No issue was too big or small and to top it off - they were all very attractive (Louise and Co). They dealt with issues in a professional matter and I will definitly be returning due to the quality of the hotel rooms, food and staff.

This is a good holiday inn express. The room was clean and comfortable, with a decent television. Staff were friendly at all times. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and well stocked.
