Room was great, the beds were very comfortable, check in service was okay but was very busy at the time we checked in. Best thing was the breakfast in the Spruce Goose next door, staff were fantastic, couldn't fault the service they gave.

Room was perfect! Staff were very friendly and helpful and I'm pretty sure i've stayed in 5* hotels which haven't been as clean. All in all I can't fault the place + the bed was very comfy. Paid £75

Room was very clean and staff very friendly would recommend if you are going to stay in Basingstoke. ( did not get to keep the duck they put in room for children to find they give goodie bad to kids when they find it but baby only 3 mths so not into colouring yet lol...)

Stayed here for 3 nights last weekend while visiting family. Hotel is situated on a leisure park which has the usual eateries and a cinema complex also with bowling (i think!)
