We stayed just for one night when attending a friend's party. The reception was very friendly, warm and efficient. The room was comfortable with all the amenities a person could require. The bar and restaurant were well serviced and food and drink were excellent Would definitely recommend to all more

Quite confusing reception/bar/lounge area ...lots of nooks and crannies but the rooms are really good....even had a window in the bathroom which was a real change from the usual hotel bathrooms. A rather ordinary-looking exterior (an old Post House?) but welcoming and fresh decor inside. Friendly and efficient reception. As a Priority Club member we were upgraded to a recently refurbished bedroom. The rooms are compact but nicely furnished and quite well-lit. I stay at this hotel frequently. The staff in this hotel can only be described as superb. They all make an effort to remember your name and really do make you feel welcome. This is unlike most of the big chain hotels. The rooms aren't the biggest, however they all have air conditioning which is vital in the summer months.... more
