Paid for a Deluxe Plus but was given a Normal room, but after changing rooms, found the room unclean, mostly in the bathroom! noticed trays of food outside room floors everywhere and one tray at the bottom of the stairs full of food was left there for 7 hours! wifi was free but only on o2. Overall wont be returning.

Clean and respectful. Majority of staff from outside the UK. Restaurant servers not the most qualified. Simple mistakes amplified with large crowd. Week nights are have large crowds. Everyone tries very hard to please.
Every bed in hotel is hard, no exceptions and no foam pads! Housekeeping is slightly above average. No special treatment for long stays. No executive treatment....

Spent one night here on business; usual Hilton welcome. Room spacious and comfortable; restaurant had a good selection but service at dinner was rather slow despite not being very busy (staff seemed to just disappear). Food was good though. Breakfast, the standard Hilton buffet and of a good standard.
