A beauriful house and nice people but be aware that the two twin rooms are alongside a busy road. The breakfast basket is a different idea and you will need to make up your own mind whether it suits you or not. Everything was fresh and well kept. There appears to be no close venue for a cooked breakfast.

I stayed at Cleeves for 3 weeks running, going home at weekends. Ample parking. Handily located only a few miles from basingstoke. Nice rural setting with lovely grounds.
