Hotel staff were absolutely lovely, room was spotlessly clean and large. Bed exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows. A great big thank you!

You will not be disappointed if you ever stay at this premier inn, the staff are incredibly friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they are always smiling and take a genuine interest in you. The rooms are extremely clean and spotless. A very enjoyable few days.

what a great welcome top service throughout very comfortable beds and pillows. i had my kids with me and booked two family rooms . i was given two rooms directly opp. each other which was perfect . i would definitly come to this prem inn again.

Stayed for one night when visiting family - hotel itself was fine though apparently no lift to upper floors, thereby making accessibility very limited (ground floor access was level though). We stayed for two nights for a 50th celebration nearby; first night slept well and woke refreshed. Second night we were woken by a lot of noise in the corridor. In the morning we were refunded that night's fee, no question. Very good service. Would stay again, clean and comfy.
