Booked at last minute and paid way too much but thats my fault. Room was Ok for an exec room, room service food looked pre packed rather than made by a proper chef. Parking a nightmare on site so ended up on a side road but beware of meter checks starting at 8am. Would stay again but at a sensible... More

Just spent 1 night at the Bolton Centre as a customer of National Holidays. The hotel is bright, clean and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was hot, plentiful and a good variety. The only minor grouch was that we had to ask for tea and coffee. It would have been nice if we had been asked when we were shown... More

We returned to the hotel after a pleasant stay earlier this year and the fantastic staff remembered us. We had a great stay just a shame about the rain. The food was good, worth a little wait. Thanks again.

Excellent room, we stayed in family room very large with double and single bed with settee and full bathroom. Staff very polite and full buffet hot breakfast gave a good start to the day. Free parking availability on site at hotel for the duration of stay very useful with being in town centre.

All 3 of us had the" recommended" battered fish. I joked with the waitress "is that a fish finger? " I m not a big eater but my god it was half of a very small fish. Tasteless. Frozen chips and peas. No problem if it was £5-£6 but at £13-95 we were done !!!!! £42 for 3 very poor... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my mum, as when I Googled the area, this came up, and I can always assume I know what to expect with a Holiday Inn. I was right. The standard of service, the rooms, the facilities - all as expected. But - the atmosphere was 'tired', the hotel could do with... More

Spent 3 nights visiting family - great facility!! Very good breakfast!! 1 small downfall is that this place seems to host a lot of weddings so was a bit noisy. Very central to the Bolton Marketplace so lots to do if your looking for a good walk. Would stay here again!

Just dated. Was trying to check in with the pleasant receptionist but a lady called Debbie rudely interrupted to have a domestic with this member of staff.
