great hotel, staff friendly and well trained, service impecable, rooms clean, comfortable, well services, food excellant, varied breakfasts, wonderful evening meals. really enjoyed the experience, would recomend to anyone - also lovely spa pool to use, just right for relaxing in would give the place a thousand stars - wonderful!!!!

This Hotel needs some investment. The Reception and Bar area have been updated but my room needed a make over. The bathroom was clean but dated. I tried the pool but it was closed to residents. The positive side of this hotel is the low b&b price and being close to the Reebok Stadium.
