Perfectly located just a five minute drive from the city centre it is perfect and really convenient if you are heading for a night out in Bolton city centre. Compared with chain hotels the tramways are reasonably priced and the rooms are clean and tidy too. I love the security that is in place here that is why i have... More

Based in a very popular busy area of Bolton, ideally situated for restaurants, take away outlets and public houses, easy access by public transport to the scenic and tranquil area of Belmont. Lovely welcome on arrival and departure, fabulous value for money. Highly recommended. First class accommodation.

I booked this hotel but hadn't received a confirmation by email. I chased this up several times and then phoned, only to be told I shouldn't have been booked in because they were full that weekend. On asking them to check we weren't one of the bookings making them full I was then told it was closed for refurbishment that... More

First impressions were good...the reception area was large and airy, and the receptionist smiling and helpful Our room was small, and basic, but very clean, welcoming and cheerfully decorated. There was welcome tea/coffee..with lots of milk..not the mean 4 portions you get... After a mix up with our booking we checked into our room. Very small room but I suppose that's what you get for the price, small double bed, small tv, kettle with tea and coffee provided and a sink. The appearance of the room was ok, however, there were no curtains in the room, just a flimsy blind that let... More

For the price, I was expecting an out of town hovel, a run down building someone had tried to spruce up with a coat of paint. This would have been ok, as I only needed a bed for 1 night while working away. Instead, I found a lovely old building. Clean, brightly decorated, comfortable. The bar/check-in area was spacious and... More
