“Average Premier Inn”

Nice friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Avoid room 123, the room above has a squeaky floor, when the occupants walk across it, you get woken up. Really spoilt our stay. Made the reception staff aware, hopefully this will get resolved! I've stayed at other Premier locations and had a really enjoyable experience.

“Good quality Premier Inn”

This is a fairly new hotel. As such the rooms are of a high standard, something you expect from this chain anyway. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. It is situated on a dual-carriageway. We were at the back and did not hear any traffic. Breakfast was very good. Thank you.

Basically all the premier Inns are all the same. Friendly receptionist, comfortable rooms. Great beds and very clean. “Great and convenient for airport”

Great Premier Inn located just far enough away from Gatwick so not to have to pay to park overnight without feeling like miles away. Restaurant food and service is great and couldn't ask for any better, helped out with our fussy 5 year old at dinner!
