We have just had 4 wonderful nights in this Premier Inn, warm comfortable rooms, excellent friendly, helpful staff with a great eating place. Close to Crawley town centre where there is good shopping. There are lots of good restaurants etc in Crawley, which is within walking distance from Goffs Park, we walked it in about 20 mins. Nice park land... More

Spent 1 night here on way to Gatwick, I found the hotel to be good value for money and run by friendly and helpful people. The room was standard P.I. format - clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. Be happy to recommend.

I don't know why, but the latest advertisement for Premier Inn actually put me off staying there. My husband booked us in for one night anyway, I was very pleasantly surprised and had to eat my words! Thank goodness an hotel at last that dispenses with the non-necessities and focuses on doing the essentials well. In my book, blotchy biros... More

Stayed 2 nights here and the service was outstanding from the minute we checked in. Nothing was too much trouble and when we found we had forgotten our hairdryer one was immediately provided. Extra coffee was supplied and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It has to be said the restaurant attached to... More

This was actually our second stay at this hotel, having stayed here for a single night a few months earlier. This time we stayed two nights for getting a bit of shopping done. Crawley might not be a city many tourists actually go to (knowingly - Gatwick Airport is basically in Crawley) but it is actually quite a nice town... More

Stayed three nights at the Goffs Park Premier Inn in December, The deal I got on booking.com was attractive and the location of the hotel was convenient for me. What's to say about this establishment ? It is an average chain hotel that has evidently seen better days. The rooms, though clean, are small as are the bathrooms. One has... More

Lovely hotel, good size room, very comfortable bed, soft fluffy pillows, very high quality furnishings and pleasant staff. Price was ok at £65 (I arrived "last minute" so this maybe why) but I have stayed at equivalent hotels/standard in Europe for £50 so I do think the price is a bit high but nonetheless a high quality hotel. Next door... More

Many of us have endured stays in really bad hotel blocks built behind pubs. you know the ones, with the saggy bed, sticky carpet and mismatched second hand furniture; overpriced, dirty, neglected cupboards that brought nothing but misery to the guests and shame to the trade. This hotel must have been one of those in a previous life. The structure... More

This was my second stay at a Premier Inn, I stayed here at Goffs Park for 2 nights in October because it was close to Gatwick Airport and handy for visiting Brighton also. The lady on reception was called Fatima and she was amazing, as well as being bright and cheerful she ensured that I had everything I needed. The... More

We stayed here on Christmas Eve. The Sat Nav delivered us to the cul-de-sac behind the hotel but it wasn't hard to find. It is clearly one of the older Premier Inns and could do with a good refurb. That said it was just about OK and we spent the evening watching TV. We booked a twin room (which comes... More
