When you book this place you are welcomed buy a not very plesant e-mail that states they have a 50 % non refundable deposit independent of length of time give to cancelations. I have never stayed anywhere that inforced such a policy. The accomadation is also nothing like what the pictue suggest. more

A real mess sums this place up. got there, and had to double check we were in the right place as the pics on thier site are not what it actually looks like. All the grounds are overgrown, there are dumped cars in the carpark that looked like they had been there 10+ years, all weeds growing over them etc.... more

As a party of 6 we stayed at the 2 bedroom Da Vinci Cottage. The cottage was damp (I suspect it hadn't been aired for a week or 2) and a bit tatty. Stayed here before flying out on holiday. First impressions... did not fancy the look as it appears remote and slightly rundown. However on entering the guy who showed us to our room could not have been nicer. Let us use microwave to cook and provided plenty of Bread/Cereal since we had an early start.
