Well managed, solid B&B; newly refurbished. Clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Easy flat walking access to train station. We got into London Gatwick late exhausted and felt safe and comfortable. No frills and great value.

I was in London recently for some job interviews and I chose this B&B as it's near the train station and the price was very convenient. The owner of th B&B was simple but nice. The breakfast was really good.

I needed to book some accommodation for myself at short notice in my home town and chose this place because it was the cheapest. There are a couple of negative reviews about this place but that old saying 'you get what you pays for' springs to mind. I had no complaints about my stay - the landlord was friendly and... More

Plenty of positive points: Friendly, down-to-earth manager. Plenty of free parking spaces. Free Wifi easily accessible. Decent shower with hot water even at night. Smallish bathroom but modern fine for one person keen on saving money. Flatscreen freeview TV easy to use. 2 pubs and plenty of decent takeaways within very short walking distance, with friendly staff and staying open... More

I had a lovely stay here; felt really homely to come back to each night, not like a normal hotel. Nice airy light rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff are really so friendly and give it a nice personal touch. Really had a good stay :) The breakfast is simple but enough and I think the feel of the place... More

Room was clean and warm, the bed and pillows were very comfy and the en suite seemed quite new and was extremely clean with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a help yourself continental, with many yoghurts, cereals and toast toppings to choose... More

After reading the reviews I had seen on Trip Advisor I thought this B&B sounded fine but its not that great when you get there. It served its purpose but that's about it. It wasn't particularly clean and although fairly small I guess the room was adequate - we had a double and a single in our room as requested.... More
