This was our first time of staying here and I can assure you it won't be the last. First class service from arrival to departure. I recommend staying here if you have a long flight ahead of you. The hotel has wonderfully comfortable beds but, unfortunately, I had to get up at 4.30 am for an early flight. Although there is work being done at the N.Terminal which makes access between hotel and terminal a bit difficult (i.e. through the carpark), it is still the closest. Book early for a good deal. Quiet and fit for purpose. more

Stayed here for one night prior to an early morning flight to Cuba. We were very impressed with the hotel. The check in took about 30 minutes as there was quite a long queue but the staff were apologetic and very mannerable. The room was lovely.
