DO NOT STAY at this terrible excuse for a hotel. I have travelled widley across the world and can safely say that his 'hotel' was amonst the worst that I have ever stayed in. Myself and four collegues booked in for a conference over 5 days there and that was 5 days too long. One of the other members of... more

Thank you for your valued comments, we take all comments seriously. The situation with the mites was beyond our control. The room had been cleaned and checked by house keeping prior to check in and no problems were reported at that stage, and also the rooms were checked on the 2nd morning with out problems. When it was brought to...

I stayed at this hotel for conference and the whole thing was a disaster. Firstly, I couldn't book the agreed conference room rate as only one member of staff knew the rates and she was never there. Finally I booked on line (at a higher price) and received a receipt saying that I had paid in full. However, on arrival,... more

After reading some of the reviews on here it was with some apprehension that my partner and i arrived at this hotel. There was no need at all to worry, it was easy to book the shuttle bus and it left on time no problems. The room was clean and comfortable. The food and drink was on the pricey side... more

After reading some of the earlier reviews I was somewhat concerned that my company had booked me in here for a 1 night stay. However I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is approached via a long drive and the car park is on the right. I arrived at around 7 in the evening and the car park was fairly full... more

As a business traveller I spend a lot of time in hotels so I have become tolerant of some of their shortcomings but I won't be staying here again. Check in was very slow and with phones ringing the receptionist was expected to answer them and look after me. Reception and restaurant looked very clean and shiny but the corridors... more

Room was just fine, although shape of hotel and layout of hallways leaves guest wandering like rats in a maze. Access to parking was very poor due to huge fitness convention. Staff was friendly, although shuttle arrangements were dreadful. We were advised to reserve a shuttle for the following morning, as we had an appointment in London, so we reserved... more

This hotel is an absolute disgrace - no wonder it has just lost it's 'Best Western' status. All I can say is that the only way this place must make money is by charging for airport parking - there are cars everywhere, and I mean EVERYWHERE. It seems the main objective to cram as many vehicles as possible onto the... more
