Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. Reception staff kept us waiting to check in whilst they chatted to each other. We were then given 3 rooms – 2 downstairs and 1 one upstairs. There was no lift and my two friends were made to lug there big suitcases up the stairs without any assistance.... more

watch the small print that you must leave your car keys, this was absent when we booked. At reception we saw a plastic box with 20 to 30 sets of car keys complete with tag attached that listed the model, colour and registration number of the car.
