Was pretty standard if I'm honest, room was in another building which wasn't convenient for the cold. Bars very close so if it's an easy sleeping ground for after a night out, this is your place, seems a lot of people were using it for this reason. Overall cheap and cheerful

Stayed here for one night before flying out from Gatwick. Firstly I caught one of the hand car wash blokes in the hotel car park trying to get into my car within moments of me leaving it. Secondly....the hotel itself is an absolute dump. Pubic hair (loads of it) in the bath and a massive hole in the divan under... More

I booked a superior smoking room. On arrival I was told no superior rooms were smoking. I decided to just get a standard room. The standard room turned out to have no working heating and when closing the curtain the whole thing came of the rail. The whole block out the back which are all the standard rooms need a... More

Second time we've used this hotel prior to a flight from Gatwick. Really good location in the centre of crawley with plenty of parking available. Most of the rooms are in the annex behind the main part of the hotel. Our room was clean and tidy, all the usual facilities you'd expect from a hotel in this price range, but... More

I stayed in this hotel for almost a month in Oct-Nov 2014. We were given a room on the ground floor of Sussex wing. It was a very small room, with uncomfortable bedding. The next morning we got the room changed, as we were not really satisfied with the room, and still had to stay for another 25 days. Now... More

I have stayed at this hotel 4 different visits now and will continue to go back. Yes it is an old old building. That is part of the charm. It used to be the George Hotel and like the area it is in, it is an older building rich with history. If you are looking for somewhere, clean, comfortable with... More

The hotel is in need of a bit of TLC. The decoration is tired. The room i stayed in was in an annex which meant getting wet in the rain. The room had broken heating and a window that did not open...but I was given a fan. There are no facilities to eat but a Chinese buffet eating place next... More

Unfortunately this place was selected by my company hotel booking agents. On the plus side, it's very central in Crawley, easy to find. The guy on the reception was very pleasant and efficient. The wifi worked. Moving on, the downsides are that this place looks and feels like it hasn't been renovated since 1930. The room I was given stank... More

We booked this hotel for a night with off site holiday parking. I wanted somewhere that did purple parking or similar so we could pick up the car and go after our USA vacation. The hotel is rather tired and dated from what we saw. It is made up of several bland brick out buildings which make up the majority... More

The hotel is in a building which was a 17th century coaching inn. Handily located on the High Street, it is only a 10 minute drive from the airport. We booked it through Holiday Extras and upgraded to an excellent superior room for only £10.00.
