Where to start! The car park - if you are lucky enough to find a space, your car might disappear under a pot hole. Large area roped off for "conferences". Ha, they have more sense to come here. Spacious hotel. Rooms well equipped and clean. Pre-booked dinner and breakfast.- £10-amazing value. Plenty of choice, food hot and fresh. Was part of a sports team-mixed ages-Spindles health resort a bonus. Had read some bad reviews on Trip Advisor prior to stay - Had no complaints at all. Would certainly use this hotel again. more

We stayed in the Europa in May with 2 children. After reading the reviews i was worried about the hotel. When we got there i was pleasantly suprised. Lovely start to our holiday, parking included, just a small charge for the nice pool and spa. Very nice and well kept inside and outside areas, fab courtyard. Stayed here for 1 night before a flight to USA. From South and North Terminal at Gatwick there is a shuttle bus which takes around 15 mins to reach the hotel. Not sure how often they run and maybe we were just lucky as the bus was waiting when we walked ot the airport. For a return shuttle the hotel... more

Those reviews cannot be real .. It's a filthy infested dump. Theres simply too much going bad in this place to detail it. Dont eat there, dont sleep there ... Stay in your CAR!! more

We stayed here in on 21st Jan before flying out to Egypt the next day. Not a bad hotel, we paid to use the leisure facilities which were great. Nice swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. Have stayed in the hotel twice now, once many years ago for xmas and this time the night before an early flight. For the £25 we paid the hotel it did the job, very large clean room. Would book again. more
