I stayed here three nights over two weekends July 2007. For the money, I found it clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet ( except for the early risers trying to make very early flights). My first room had a large double bed, and not too crowded, but everything was well laid our. The second room was a twin, and it seemed... more

Have used this hotel a few times when flying from Gatwick. Its a really nice clean good value hotel. Buffet breakfast included in the fixed price. There is a pub and a resturant right outside the front door. Its a ten minute taxi ride to Gatwick airport. Phil Cambs. more

I was not expecting much, as the hotel I normaly use in Crawley when on business was full, this seemd nice from pictures. Upon arrival the hotel the staff was very helpful and friendly. Plenty of parkingspaces at no extra cost. The room was plesantly nice. Clean and modern looking with enough space. The shower was the next plesant surprice.... more

We stayed 2 nights in early October. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was fine and we thought it was very good value. However, we had a shock when we saw our check-out bill. We had made some phone calls to friends in the London area as we had had a change of plan and we were astonished to see... more

Great hotel for £58. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Was a bit worried after reading previous entries but would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were clean and adequate with a fantastic power shower. Got down to breakfast at 9.45 and food was plentiful. more

I am regular business traveller, both in the UK and abroad. I stay regularly in budget hotels, and know what to expect. Despite the fact that this hotel is around £70/night, it is still a budget hotel and don't forget it or you will be in for a bit of a shock! If this was kept in mind for previous... more

We stayed here our last night in England. Reserved a room for 3 as frequent guest members. we have stayed at Holiday Inn Express hotel throughout England and Scotland. This was the worse property. It is very difficult to find, spent alot of time driving around to locate it. No one at the front desk, no priority checkin for us.... more

Hotel was actually the 'squareabout' the directions talk about - meaning traffic noise. Had a family room with a double bed with one cover (it was December and cold), the childrens bed was a double sofa bed type thing with a big dip in the middle (they found it uncomfortable). No bath! Was looking forward to a bit of a... more

Stayed one night here before a Gatwick flight. It's a little way from Gatwick, takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport, and is off a junction further south on the M23. But there were no traffic problems getting to the airport. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff were excellent, breakfast was very good. Highly recommended with the... more
