This hotel looked quite nice I went but the rooms (I had 2 - was moved from the first!) were grubby. The carpet was old and dirty, the windows in no way soundproof (it's on a main road), the furniture was outdated and dusty. The bathroom was mouldy and the shower wouldn't turn off (you need to use a towel... more

You would normally expect to do OK staying in a Hotel such as a Park Inn; not anything special but the basics should be right. You would be wrong. Check-in gives a false impression of the hotel - the reception area actually looks presentable. When you get to your room you realise that first impressions can be deceptive. The rooms... more

I too have just stayed at this terrible hotel, a good check in and room ok although looking pretty tired, but as soon as I got into bed the problems started, the matress was so worn out didnt matter where I slep i end up in the middle where there were no springs left, wonder if this is the same... more

When first arriving in my room i was tempted to turn around and find a local b&b i think it is fair to say the rooms would be better in a YMCA. After putting aside my initial comment i would like to say the hotel has exellent travel links with a train station just 3 mins walk away and the... more

I was initially put off through the bad reviews but this was a work trip so I thought I would just go with it. The location is ideal if you are visiting one of the many nearby HMRC buildings (as I was), train station is about a 10 minute walk away, mostly undercover across a long walkway over a busy... more

I am not saying this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I've stayed in rooms where the electric wiring was lethal and the bed too short. But then they only tended to cost 20 pounds a night as a last minute break. This room cost me 104 pounds for the night when a Premier Travel room would... more

We found this hotel to be clean, quiet pleasantly staffed. We didnt use the health club or the restaurant in the evening, but the room was tidy and clean and the breakfast was 1st class more

Pain in the [-] staff, absolute pig of a place to stay at, there are much better cheaper options in telford than this dive. 100% abysmal - why you would even contemplate booking a room here is beyong me. Trust me, I have stayed here more

THe Hotel is located near the business, shoping and train station in Telford. Stayed there for 8 nights on business! The staff are all polite and nice at all times. The breakfast is self service and there is a very good choice and well cooked, had one evening meal in the hotel, typical hotel food but charging London Prices in... more

Sixteen of us booked to stay at this hotel for the V festival weekend. It was £80 a night, which we thought was not to bad till we got there. We had previously contacted the hotel to see what time we were able to check in. They informed us it was after three but if we arrived early and are... more
