“superb room & breakfast”

My partner and myself stayed 3 nights. Room & ensuite shower room very clean , bed very comfortable and duvet like sleeping under cloud . Breakfast the best we have had in a b & b , large choice . Really enjoyed my stay. The hosts were very kind and personable. Bed comfy, breakfast great (thanks for the lovely veggie sausages!), reasonably priced pub with good food (The Grazing Cow) a short drive away. My room was lovely and spacious and beautifully furnished. The bed was very comfy and had high quality bedding. Breakfasts available were nice and varied. I had fresh pineapple and oranges, then muesli followed by a wonderful full english breakfast. “Friendly and comfortable”

A very comfortable B&B, with a very friendly and welcoming landlady, who provides an excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend the Stanage. Particularly recommended for food allergy/intolerance sufferers, as they are happy to cater for any special diet.

“Lovely B & B”

Had a quick overnight stay at this lovely B & B. Such attention to detail, very warm and comfortable and so welcoming. Hazel was a lovely person and a perfect hostess. would strongly recommend and price was very reasonable, would have quite happily paid more for what was provided.

This comfortable and attractive bed and breakfast was everything we could possibly want. The bedroom was spacious and very clean with high quality bed linen and towels provided (including the face flannels!).
