Upon finding the hotel, the outside looked like a glorified youth hostel, however once inside this did resemble a hotel. The receptionist greeting was relatively warm. I had stayed at a Campanile once before, and like that, the room here was small, slightly cramped but functional. There was just enough room to walk around the double bed, the TV was... more

This hotel is so nice now that is has been renovated absolutely everything has changed since my visit this time last year. All the fixtures and fittings are new from bedrooms to the restaurant. It provides excellent value for money too especially with the evening buffet. The food and service were great and the free wi fi was a real... more

Stayed for one night, it was ok, bedroom was tiny so if you are claustrophobic stay elsewhere. Also reconsider if you dont like bright colours as there was a bright (and i mean BRIGHT) lime green desk/wardrobe/chair thing. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Hotel refurb is about finished with just the restaurant and bar left to do.... more

I booked this hotel for the cheltenham festival 07 as i could not find a closer one to the racecourse when i was booking, especially within my price range! The hotel was easy to find, simply jump on bus number 1 / 1A from the main street outside the bus station (abit tricky to find at first but follow signs... more

I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel whilst working in Swindon and can honestly say i would never go back. The rooms were dirty and small and akin to a student halls of residence. Reasonable enough for the price you might think, but i would rather stay at the travel lodge half a mile away as it was... more

Where do I start! Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, only saving grace is that work were paying. My room was probably best described as student digs - velvet lino on the floor, one pillow for a double bed, one blanket and sheet on the bed (in November), tiny TV, broken remote, and one measly tea bag!... more

Good sized hotel.......Ibis are the same world over. This one has a small cafe...At the weekends they dont serve hot breakfast which was a bit dissapointing, also a lot of students work there!!! Good one night hotel for shopping or night out.. Large car park easy to find...In the middle of an industrial park so not walking distance to shops... more
