We have stayed regularly at Campanile mainly in France and the one at Swindon is as good if not better than many. Ideal for a one or two night stay. Room clean and bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. £2.75 extra for full English breakfast seemed very good value. Hotel seemed remarkably quiet during the night given proximity to busy... More

I stayed two nights Thurs/Fri and was surprisingly satisfied with my overall stay. Room a reasonable size along with the bathroom, large comfortable bed and a fair size work top should you need. Breakfast was continental and more than adequate, though you could have an English cooked for a small suppliment, good value. My only con would be the lime... More

Went with my wife for the weekend. Good clean, comfortable rooms and excellent staff, the receptionist when we arrived was extremely helpful. The food at breakfast was first class, although the coffee is not to my taste. That said, I would happily return and recommend this hotel.

Okey room. Okey restaurant. Located good for the purpouse of the business visit but thats about it. Long working days made more sight-seeing a no-go this trip. Nice price for ok comfort! Staff helpful and friendly. Fire alarm went off without a reason but luckily it was just after morning wake up anyway. :)

Booked in as part of a coach tour and, upon previously reading other reviews, was expecting the worst! Once I had "got past" the colour of the general decor(!), I found the room to be comfortable ,conducive to comfortable sleeping, and more than acceptable for the duration of my stay. However, although most items, including the bedding, and all surfaces... More

No bar service for guests at night, no room service, no food available in the evenings. Awful hotel with staff that hide from you when you try to get any form of service! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone on the simple fact of staff attitude.

Lovely friendly staff late Sunday breakfast which is a nice change. My one gripe is the bedding old lumpy pillows and thin pieces of foam as duvets. Get some decent bedding and this will be the best budget hotel ever!

Stayed Saturday and Sunday (which is cheaper than midweek). Sunday breakfast is 7 to 11 am which means you can have a lay in. Continental (cold) breakfast is £6 but very varied and good. Evening food: last orders 21:45. You get only 1 bath towel each and no hand towel, but you do get a bath mat (which you do... More
