My wife and I stayed here as there was a conference we were at, the room was clean and everything we needed, the bar/restaurant was very nice with a great meal in the evening. We found all the staff to be helpful an very friendly, we certainly would stay here again

We stayed at the brook madisson for 2 nights and we were very impressed with the level of service and the attentiveness of all the staff - rooms were spacious and clean and had everything you could possibly think of. Breakfast was excellent as was the delicious lunch. We would most definitely stay here again

I was slightly dubious when reading the reviews on here about this hotel. My stay was perfectly fine with no problems at all. in fact I was pleasantly surprised with my room,it was very clean and comfortable. would definitely stay again if I was to visit Swindon.

Do not stay here, bedroom was filthy,manager didn't seem to care, mould on bathroom wall,curtains falling apart,wallpaper falling of wall I have photos to prove it

I have stayed here quite frequently as a business traveller and never had cause to complain. The refurbished rooms are very nice and the staff are extremely friendly. My only suggestion for improvement would be the standard of food in both restaurant and room service.
