Met with friends here on a Saturday lunchtime, had a very nice meal. Staff are very friendly and helpful, second time I have eaten here and its very very good. Pub was busy with another large table at the same time and the service was still fast and efficient.

Can't say enough good things about this place, warm welcome, super dog friendly, great menu, the foods outstanding! The Scotch egg starter is amazing, as is the braised Ox cheek is melt in your mouth..I love roasted pork belly, I have it everywhere I go if it's on, but the Harrow's is the best I've ever had. Lovely big open... More

Having booked our table we were sat not too fat from the fire. Staff friendly and attentive We (4 people) ordered different meals. Burger was very good fish also good. Leak and prawn dish was really small. I ordered sirloin steak, made the point of ordering medium rare to err or the rare if not sure of med rare, this... More

My brother took me here as its his local. As a boozer its charming and the land lady is good fun and welcoming. Apparently the food is good too, I saw some evidence of this in the smell of copious freshly baked loaves stacked at the end of the bar. If it weren't for a diet, I would have tried... More

I found this lovely place by reading previous reviews on this site. I was travelling back from Wales to Suffolk and needed somewhere to stay en route, not too far off the Motorway, the Harrow Inn was just perfect. Travelling on my own I always try to find somewhere comfortable and welcoming where you don't feel awkward eating alone etc.... More

My husband and I are from South Wales. We were travelling to Heathrow airport but needed somewhere to stay the night to break the journey . We booked in to this delightful looking inn..We had a lovely welcome from Vicky the proprietor and her family. The room we spent the night in was really warm and comfortable with everything from... We stopped here for lunch on the strength of the Trip Advisor reviews. We weren't disappointed. There is plenty of choice on the lunch menu and everything we chose was delicious and beautifully presented. Service was friendly and efficient without interrupting our conversation every five minutes (a bug bear of mine). We would recommend The Harrow Inn and visit again... More

I love this wonderful place and the staff make it a must go to place. Also if you appreciate good beer from a well kept stock then you are in for a treat. The location is also a real bonus. Very near to J15 of the M4 but making the most of it's small village atmosphere.

My husband and I had Sunday lunch at the Harrow last Sunday. We chose this pub because the reviews were so good and it's only a mile or so from where we live. Initially I telephoned the pub on Saturday evening to book for the following day, I was told that they were fully booked. Ironically I then tried an... More

A lovely warm welcome on a dreary day in October and the lunch menu was lovely. We didn't stay and only popped in for a quick lunch that ended up being a relaxed chat over 3 hours! We have booked a Xmas get together in December for 9 of us and we are really looking forward to the return visit!... More
