Having eaten at this pub 5 times now, the standards have been consistently excellent. This includes the food, service, ambience, choice of real ales and general welcoming atmosphere. Vicky the landlady and all the staff have created an excellent venue to enjoy high quality food and excellent ale. The best I have found in the area. Chris Wiltshire, England

This is a recent find for us and we now eat there regularly either on our own or with friends - the food is always excellent and Vicki goes out of her way to make you feel welcome (as do all her staff) and ensure you are happy and all is good with the food - a refreshing change from... More

I stopped one night on a business trip. The landlady made me feel very welcome, the room was nice and cosy, however the highlight was the open fire and delicious food (both evening meal and breakfast). Very enjoyable and would definitely stay here again.

Drinks, dinner & overnight stay. Lovely log fire, very welcoming landlady & staff. The rooms were perfect, the homemade bread loaves to take away tasted amazing as did the Parma violet ice cream. The food was very nice; if you are expecting a cheap n cheerful mountain of food on your plate this is not the place for you but... More

This is a great choice if you have had enough of the "corporate" type hotels. Wanborough is a pretty village and a great stop off choice if you have a long M4 drive. The Harrow is an old coaching inn, the stables have been converted to 3 rooms, our room was certainly spotless with good tea making facilities and shower... More

We arrived late for a one-night stay and the character of the place was immediately clear because it was being re-thatched. The Harrow is a rustic pub with separate b&b accommodation x3 facing the main entrance to the pub. It has a fine range of ales. Having once lived locally I know the pub but sedom used it, for no... Spent 3 nights at The Harrow with my husband and young son when visiting friends in the village, we stayed in the Wishing Well room which was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We ate dinner Friday evening and Sunday lunch both of which were wonderfully cooked with a great selection of vegetables (the double boned pork chop was amazing).... More

I recently visited the Harrow after it reopened under new Management. We booked for a Sunday at lunchtime. We weren't disappointed. The Roast was cooked very well and the range of vegetables available were good. Although the restaurant was busy (probably better to book, to be safe!) the wait for food wasn't long at all, yet the food tasted fresh... More

Very welcoming pub with friendly staff and excellent service. I stayed 2 or 3 nights a week over a four month period, loved the food both the evening meals and breakfasts. The location was very accessible and covenient. I reccommend the Harrow Inn for either a business stay or a meal out.
