“Very clean and comfortable B&B”

We stayed here overnight while visiting family in Swindon. there were good communications when booking and a warm welcome on arrival, with plenty of room for parking once one had negotiated the narrow entrance. Our room was comfy, spotlessly clean and quiet. Breakfast was also excellent. We'll definitely be back when visiting the rellies again.

Have also stayed at Appletree house for some time while on business in Swindon. Clean comfortable and great service from Phil and John who make you feel very at home, when away from home. Free broadband so can continue working late into the night!

I stayed at Appletree for a non-stop 9 months period (8 Nov 2010 to 30 July 2011) and never wanted to leave. Exceptionally quiet, tidy and clean guest house in a quiet green area of Swindon.
