The hotel allowed us to book in early and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had all the ammeanities we required. The bed was extremely comfortable especially after a hard days Christmas shopping. We had a meal in the restaurant which was nice but I believe overpriced. more

I was offered a complimentary upgrade on my room (nice room too), and staff were very friendly. The room was far to hot though, even with the window wide open. The restaurant staff are almost too attentive but the food let it down, (over priced for what it is). more

I have stayed number of occasions during the year at this hotel and I prefer and recommend to other users that this hotel is worth the money. Nice cleaned spacious rooms and good customer service, nice restaurant and pleasant bar. Very nice different expereince every time I stayed. more

This hotel was perfectly adequate for a night. While I would not say it is a true 4 star hotel, it is as good as staying in a Travelodge but you get your breakfast and a packed lunch with the deal we bought so it worked out better for us.
