It was a decent clean room however it was so tiny. It was supposed to be for two adults but felt as if they had squeezed a double bed in a single room. No room to move about. The shower was also very tiny also could hear the persons next doors TV. The walls were very very thin! would not... More

The manager was very apologetic and found us another hotel but it wasn't what we wanted as it was on a business park opposite a train station which our... More

The hotel itself is in a good location for shopping. In our room the shower did not work, we could not open a window and the room was very hot. Breakfast was varied and a good choice. However it took 15 minutes for a bowl of porridge to arrive. The breakfast room was almost empty so they were not dealing... More

Stayed 1 night whilst attending function in Derby. Easy to find. Friendly smart helpful staff. Five minute walk to Westfield shopping complex. Room was clean light and spacious. Breakfast led my wife to remark best mushroom omelette she had in any hotel. Like many best westerns some decor could be freshened and modernised but we would definitely stay here again... More
