I stayed here for one night and I have stayed other hotels in derby but this is the best so far... except parking. However unlike others, you know what you gonna get before you arrive unlike other hotels. Breakfast is of a good quality but checking out was long winded and took FAR too long. Beyond anything else it was... More

The hotel was clean, the rooms were a high standard and the staff were pleasant, the WiFi is only available in the reception area but a LAN cable is provided for computers (no good to iPad users!) The Breakfast was a buffet style cooked including make your own waffles

Stayed one night booked on the day. Great location in the middle of town next to the bus station. Room was massive and loads of space. Gym avaliable. Breakfast was normal buffet loads of options. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything you expect. All commodities included. Would stay here again. Highly recommend... More

This Motel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it it was reasonably quiet. The breakfast was good. My huge problem was the necessity of parking in a parking area 2 blocks away, needing to carry all of your luggage etc. through busy crowded streets and actually having difficulty finding reception. It was quite a jaunt, being laden down with... More

Just got home from having a 1 night stay at this hotel after our son recommended it, we travelled as a group of 4 for a mini celebration for my husbands 60th birthday, the location couldn't be better being in the centre of town making it very convienient for everything, checkin was smooth and the girls at the desk very... I joined my in-laws for a city break and this hotel ticks all the boxes and my in-laws are going back in November and my self and my partner are thinking of joining them again, my in-laws thought the hotel was safe and very friendly and close to the bus station as they do not have a car

Chose this hotel as they offered a really good rate for a Saturday night which included a free breakfast. Found accessing the reception a little strange as it is on the 4th floor but received a warm welcome, however, were asked to swipe a credit card, as is usual practice, but were not told that payment would be taken from... This is a good, clean, comfortable, quiet, “corporates’” hotel. The rooms are a good size. The fittings are fresh and new. The towels were so thick there, I could hardly close my suitcase (Yogi Bera). The service, where it’s needed, is good. Once you manage to find the reception (only guests who can find the hotel front door, then find... More

Excellent city center hotel. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great breakfast buffet. Dinner options are a bit expensive, but very good with the option to eat at the Holiday Inn and charge it to your room. Only issue is the fact that the car park is in the shopping center across the street and you need to carry all your suitcases... More

Polite and very helpful staff, comfortable bed, excellent meal in adjoining Italian, super breakfast (wish I had found the waffle maker before the bacon and eggs!). Very clean. Our room larger than average - but it was one with disabled access, and therefore had a locked link door to the next room. Not a world beater, but certainly nothing to... More
