The front of the hotel is the only nice thing about it . We were horrified once we stepped out of the lift to see the filthy worn carpets and drab wall covering. On entering our room there was very badly painted dark brown wall and chipped laminate flooring, the bath was surrounded in mould and long dark hairs still in... more

I stayed twice within a few weeks and had a mixed experience. The first time was as a single traveller on a Monday night and value for money you could not fault the hotel as budget place to stay. I returned with my wife for a weekend and whilst still value for money the noise levels from the nightclub, drunks... more

I would definately stay here again, it made my birthday really good. The car park was full but we got money off the car park around the corner, only £5 for up to 24hrs. The only let down for this hotel is the staff, as some were not very polite. In the morning you get a full english buffet for breakfast included... more

Do not stay at this hotel, we had problems as soon as we checked in, the heating didn't work, the socket in the bathroom didn’t work, the sofa was broken, the bed sheets didn't get changed for 4 days, smoke from rooms in the hall way came in through the vents even though we were supposed to be on a... more

Stayed for 2 nights, 1st wasnt too bad but the 2nd night was a night from hell. Its wasnt only the noise from the club opposite but a theme night was held in the hotel a soul night, it was more like a drum and bass, the noise was so loud the walls were shaking, Im never staying there again.... more

We stayed for a Saturday night. The hotel itself is very nice inside, cant fault breakfast and all was very clean. The hotel appears to be opposite some kind of club that stayed open until 3am! There was little sound proofing at all, the only way to sleep at this hotel is to take ear plugs! more

Just spent 2 nights here, would not stay here again. 7 of us in our party, so we sampled 2x double rooms, 1x twin and 1x single. Rooms do not resemble photos on the website at all. Decor is tired, staining on the carpets, towels stained, springs in mattress in twin room had gone, so had to have mattress exchanged.... more

For the price it would be unfair to complain about anything. Having read some of the reviews I was dreading my stay but I was pleasantly surprised. As it is summer having windows which don't shut was not a problem, especially midweek when the nightclub wasn't open That said, the room was perfectly clean, bigger than I expected, had plenty... more

My stay was for one week. I found it to be a great value. My room was small, cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not too bad. My only complaint is being from the states and relying on my laptop to keep in contact with my children They were very closed fisted with the vouchers... more
