This very clean and comfortable guest house is situated close to the city centrre but is very quiet - we had the twin bedded room at the back of the house overlooking a lovely garden. The owners were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. An ideal place if you want to cycle around the area as the off road... More

It was difficult to find having driven past it from the Belper area due to the sign covered by the hedges. The drive is difficult with a steep slope and hard to turn around to park into the few parking spots. I do believe there is additional parking space supplied. However, the owner is brilliant and the room is of... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my daughter, never been to derby before was pleasantly surprised. Although the coach house is a little way out of the centre, it was in a lovely location with a few choices of eating places close by. Room was cosy and clean and the breakfast was good quality food. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the Coach House for one night in their large spacious double room with en suite. It's in a nice area just outside the city centre, within easy drive of the Peak District National Park. Excellent communication in advance of my visit, regarding a late check-in and out. And the place itself was very clean, with some lovely attention... More

Such a difficult review to write as the more people that know of this gem of a place the more difficult it will be for me to book. The Coachouse is a beautiful old building run by a mother and daughter close to the heart of Derby city centre. The rooms are bright and nicely decorated and the beds are... More

We were welcomed by the owner who showed us around he beautiful home. Our room was lovely with its own shower and the bed was very comfortable. Our room overlooked the garden which was lovely. I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in quite some time and the breakfast was perfect - I recommend the sausage and black pudding,... More
