Lovely staff, super rooms (moreso since they have been up-dated since our last visit). The adjoining restaurant had something for everyone. Even though the majority of the residents had to pass our door - we heard nothing (and I am usually a bad sleeper!). Terrific!

Just returned from a short break in sodden Gloucestershire ! however our stay at this hotel was exceptional, the staff were freindly and cheerful and looked to be enjoying their work. nothing was too much trouble. Jean who oversaw breakfast was wonderful really welcoming and efficient not too intrusive but happy to converse.Noisy neighbours but that could happen anywhere.
