Very friendly receptionist but she was on her own and when we went back down she had a queue as the person she was dealing with was convinced they had a booking for 2 nights but had turned up a week early as it turned out. She was more then helpful and sorted the problem out for them. Shame she...

Stayed overnight and it was fine. I guess this is one of the older Premier Inns and it certainly felt and looked a bit tired. The room was very cramped - not much space either side of the bed. But, that said, the bed was very comfy and it was all very clean.

Stayed here as on flight from Gloucester Airport in morning and handy for by pass and access to Gloucester town (so I thought).
Check in was worse than painfull - queue to door when I arrived with one receptionist taking a complex booking on the phone from a family in Glasgow - taking excrusiating care to make sure she captured...

Having made a booking at their much-vaunted cheap rates, I spotted within 2 minutes that I had made a mistake on the date (confused what the drop-down menu was saying on the web site) It was almost impossible to get through to a real live person on the phone, when I did they refuse to allow cancellations. They will allow...

We stayed here for 2 nights (6th-8th January 2012) myself, Husband and 2 children (1 and 3) Check in was very quick and efficient. We had a downstairs family room, which was a good size, double bed, 2 single beds and a travel cot.
We walked into the centre which was a 15-20 minute walk. The next day we decided...

Not much to say really, average, got what I paid for. Wanted a cheap hotel that i could explore Gloucester and the Cotswolds from. Would have been hard pressed to find something better for what we paid. Good location if your planning on doing trips in the car, located near motorway. Hotel has more of a business feel to it...

pretty average, not as good as other Premiers. However do not book a twin room here as there is a double bed & made up sofa bed :-( NOT what you would expect and there was no notification of this on website. However night staff Christine was more than helpful. Lunchtime staff however were very abrupt & unfriendly.
Very comfortable and very friendly staff. Excellent Restaurant, good value for money.
