Stayed overnight and it was fine. I guess this is one of the older Premier Inns and it certainly felt and looked a bit tired. The room was very cramped - not much space either side of the bed. But, that said, the bed was very comfy and it was all very clean.

Not much to say really, average, got what I paid for. Wanted a cheap hotel that i could explore Gloucester and the Cotswolds from. Would have been hard pressed to find something better for what we paid. Good location if your planning on doing trips in the car, located near motorway. Hotel has more of a business feel to it... pretty average, not as good as other Premiers. However do not book a twin room here as there is a double bed & made up sofa bed :-( NOT what you would expect and there was no notification of this on website. However night staff Christine was more than helpful. Lunchtime staff however were very abrupt & unfriendly.

Very comfortable and very friendly staff. Excellent Restaurant, good value for money.
