My Husband and I stayed here for one night with our baby and we enjoyed a pleasant stay. My Husband called in the morning to ask if I could check in an hour earlier as we had a wedding and on arrival the receptionist changed our room to give us one that was ready. On seeing me struggling with a... More

Short break for birthday weekend as we wanted to visit Gloucester & surrounding area.Central for all of our sightseeing. Staff very helpful with directions & recommendations for local pubs & restaurants. Although under going some refurbishment we were not disturbed by workmen, who kept noise to a minimum. All staff were pleasant, professional & gave service with a smile.

Not one of the better Premier Inns... The rooms are smaller than average, and as there were two of us staying in the room, it was a bit cramped. The walls are also quite thin, so you can hear the TV/Conversations in adjoining rooms. I don't think we'd stay at this one again.... Breakfast in the adjoining Pub was very... More

Hard to believe that the renovations and grey paint would make the Beefeater restaurant from the outside look like a Victorian gaol. Will the Inn be the same institutional shade? Suspect a general revamp is long overdue That said we found this good accomodation for a short stay and good value but not cheaper than similar local hotels. It is... More

Friendly helpful staff, room comfortable and clean, nothing was to much trouble. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and drinks..Gloucester and Cheltenham are within a short drive with plenty of shops and places to visit.

The staff are very good - friendly, helpful, empowered. But the hotel is not so good. The rooms are small. The walls are thin. The heating is inadequate. On one of our two nights we were kept awake ALL night (they were still going at 9AM) by some loudly swearing and arguing men in the next room. We got a... More

Visited the lovely City of Gloucester for the first time, and stayed at the Premier Inn Longford on the way home. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is looking a little tired. Had a good nights sleep, but the walls were very thin as we could hear our neighbour talking and coughing! It would have been... More

We stayed here recently for 4 nights in a disabled room as my wife has mobility problems. Checked in at 2.30pm but had to wait while the housekeeper was contacted to see if our room was ready! We were under the impression it would be ready at the earliest book in time of 2pm. Luckily the room was ready. Now... More

We had two days here while attending the recent Rugby weekend. The room was very small compared to other Premier Inns we have stayed. All the hairdryers are being recalled so you have to go to reception to borrow one. The room was a little chilly when we arrived and the heating was on full for most of our stay.... More

This Premier Inn is a little dated and needs a refurbishment. The room was very small and cramped but the bed was large and bedding and pillows were clean and fresh as were the towels. The bathroom smelt musty as soon as you opened the door and the plug hole was green and needed replacing. Lighting was good and the... More
