Staff on reception were friendly and check in was quick. Bottle of champagne in room. The rooms were clean and spacious. Food in restaurant was lovely, steak was cooked to perfection. Staff in restaurant were friendly and polite. Lovely hotel in lovely surroundings.

We booked special 2 nights stay with one dinner and two breakfasts. Couldn't fault food, service very good. Easy access to major tourist areas. Good quiet location, good value for money.

We booked on the special weekend deal. We found the staff very pleasant, the surroundings cosy and the food in the restaurant was lovely, although if I am being picky, the wine was a little warm. All in all, a pleasant stay.

Could not fault = staff great and could not be more helpful all through The hotel was taken over for two days with guests and everyone really enjoyed - very well organised - lovely food and very comfortable room. We had a lovely time and will certainly stay here again Well done !!!!
