Spent two nights at this hotel. Very good value for money as it is right in the middle of the city. Special mention to Carley the hotel manager. Nothing was too much trouble and she was the consummate professional. The hotel is trying to be boutique but in all honesty it needs a second refurb to truly claim this. Overall... More

I stayed here with my daughter for 4 nights and we had a family room. It was very clean and beds were So comfortable(ive stayed at many Hotels and these were very good and it makes a big difference!) What I liked about this hotel was the staff, they were so helpful and warming. Breakfast was lovely too. My daughter... More

Poor unclear joining instructions given by the hotel led to confusion over parking, the short of if is, there is a open car park behind the hotel which costs £3 for 24 hours, the car park machines don't give you an option to pay £3 though. Stay clear of the multi storey car park as apparently there have been a... More

First the positives - this place is located right in the centre, near to some nice pubs and restaurants and with a carpark at the back. The staff are friendly, the prices are very reasonable and the public rooms are all presented well. However, when entering the rooms certain niggles arise. The cleanliness isn't quite what it ought to be... More

Came across this little delight for lunch. Food was amazing and great value. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel it's self was immaculate. Nice and warm atmosphere. Food was very fresh and we were served very quickly. Nice modern decor. Easy location to get to. Really couldn't fault it. The service was second to none. Will defiantly be going... More

I booked this hotel as it offered a family room and allowed pets as we had a dog in tow with us and it was the best priced available. Checking the hotel details I discovered that they really do understate their greatest attributes which are Brilliant friendly staff Spacious clean rooms with ideal facilities, clean en suite, tv, kettle, condiments,... I stayed for one night on business and that was enough. The room was small and shabby. The bathroom was tiny and I never saw such a small shower cubicle I had to open the door to bend down and get the shampoo off the floor. The breakfast was ok but service was really poor, I was the only person... More

Stayed for 1 night for a friends wedding the hotel looks lovely from outside and accommodation was reasonably priced at £40 per night for a double room, the room big enough with a nice large flat screen tv the view however was a shocker, overlooking what appeared to be an very old concrete roof and walls, to be honest you'd... Lovely friendly hotel. Lovely bar and restaurant. Breakfast individually cooked, in addition to fruits, cereals, rolls etc. Rooms a little small but nice and modern and compact. Very clean. Bonus to have free wifi with excellent connection, which is unusual in hotels these days. The location was ideal right in the centre of town, close to shopping, coffee shops, bars... More
