We stayed here on a visit to family in Gloucestershire - the check in was quick and friendly. The rooms comfy. My only complaints, and they're more niggles, is that we had to walk through clouds of smoke as guests stand outside the entrance doors and smoke and Priority members aren't able to use their discount here.
