This b&b was great for what we needed and good value for money too. The onsite parking is ideal as you don't have to carry your bags very far to your room. We were greeted on arrival and with a lovely smell (great first impression). It was only a 5-10 minute walk from the pubs/shops and restaurants which was great.... More

We stayed here the 6th March in an executive double. The room was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated . The bathroom was very big, bath and shower, wardrobe , a shaving mirror with light and separate dressing table area . It is set a little further out than other hotels but easy walking distance to the centre (10-15 mins), we... More

Stayed earlier this week just for one evening. Tariff, location, parking, cleanliness, breakfast, room spec, hospitality etc etc .......for us, everything was spot-on. A superb little hotel which we will definitely re visit when passing through Harrogate again. Thank you Bijou

Decided to book this as it had better reviews than some of the bigger hotels in Harrogate......we weren't disappointed. Stayed just the one night for a show at the theatre (5mins walk). Very friendly staff, everything explained at check in, excellent breakfast, free parking and a lovely room. Great to stay in an individual place for a change from a... More

Myself and my wife stayed in this hotel a week ago, and found it friendly and welcoming. The owner was lovely, and the staff couldn't do enough. The breakfast was excellent, especially the sausages. If your a light sleeper, I would ask for a room at the rear, as there is a little road noise from 5am, but nothing horrendous!... More

We have stayed at The Bijou on a number of occasions now & cannot fault this place. We received a very warm welcome from the owners. The room was small but we did book a small double room so we knew what we would be staying in. The room was beautiful, warm & cosy with everything that we needed. The... More

Booked to stay just one night here to be in Harrogate for an early trip to the spa which is well worth a visit. Ended up staying at the Bijou for two nights in the end....such good value and very clean, welcoming and convenient for everything. Great breakfasts and friendly helpful owners and staff. Would have no hesitation to return... More

An average stay in an average b&b....my bedroom was small and dull not really like the pictures...the location was really noisy everynight and during day with query heating pipes clanging or hoovers on ...not much rest...did not enjoy breakfast seemed lacklustre on choices and pancakes were shop brought...no actual warm welcome just shown immediately to room....overall a average experience but... This review has puzzled us as we do not serve pancakes and there are 7 choices at breakfast including vegetarian options! I am sorry this guest found it noisy but we would not have hoovers on except during 10am and 2pm when the rooms are cleaned. I am sorry this guest did not have a good experience, we would like... Arrived at the Bijou at 9: 30am having caught the first flight from London Heathrow to Leeds Bradford. The owners could not have been more accommodating asking if we would like breakfast, declining, as we had already eaten, they offered the use of the lounge with its wonderful comfy sofas and a pot of much needed tea and papers till...
