Me and my boyfriend stayed over Friday to Sunday, lovely greet on arrival by mark who even offered to take us into the town on the evening when a taxi was going to be a 45 minute wait. Our room was lovely, clean and tidy and a nice breakfast was provided each morning. Sue and mark answered any questions we... More

When something so good is on your doorstep you wonder why you have not heard of it before. We recently had our grandson's baptism refreshments at Cold Cotes after our daughter found it via Google. From the early planning to the event was made easy and pleasant by Sue's friendly and can do attitude. The premises were brilliant with a... More

Had a wonderful short break at Cold Cotes which looks fabulous in Autumn with the golden and red colours of the trees in the beautiful gardens. Our room was very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated with every detail covered including White company toiletries. The hosts Sue and Mark were very friendly and made us very welcome, giving us helpful advice... More

My husband and I had a fantastic two day break at Cold Cotes. When we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Sue and Mark who made us incredibly welcome. Sue showed us to our room which was lovely and clean with stunning views of the garden. The breakfast the next morning was superb. We will definitely be returning again.

Sue and Mike well deserve their 5 star rating not just on these reviews but they are wekk comparible with 5 star hotels and you don't get tea and cakes served on arrival!! First the room we had No 4 as we had aske Sue for an accessable room. It has a walk in shower excellent range of White Company... More

We stayed here for our wedding night and the suite was absolutely beautiful. Other guests' rooms were equally nice. Unfortunately we didn't have time to look around the gardens, but I understand they are lovely too. Warm and friendly reception, great breakfast and the prosecco and chocolates in the honeymoon suite were a lovely touch and much appreciated.

We were without accommodation on a Saturday evening when we rang Sue. Thankfully she'd had a cancellation and couldn't have been more welcoming with coffee and cake in the lounge while the room was prepared for twin occupation. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Lovely soaps and lotions were provided, beds and pillows comfortable, breakfast a feast of... More

Just returned from four perfect days. Beautiful location but so easy to get to places. Lovely gardens and hosts who could not do enough. The best of everything ....warm, lovely bedding, towels etc. Excellent breakfast. Peace and relaxation. And Pippa the dog who took us for walkies. Will definitely be back.

I booked two rooms one twin for my two adult daughters and one for myself. The rooms were lovely, clean and quiet, the beds and pillows really comfortable. The breakfast was freshly cooked with a wide variety. We all had a lovely time and would recommend a stay here without hesitation. Thank you Sue and Mark for a very relaxing... More

Cold cotes is more than just a B and B. The site, surroundings, gardens and accommodation is just outstanding. The breakfast was always well presented and delicious. Lots to do just on the doorstep and surrounding areas. Only 10-15 drive to the famous Betty's tea room. Therefore it is in a great location. I highly recommend cold cotes!!!
