Cold Cotes really is a special place to be. Ideally located close to all the Dales it offers a lovely atmosphere with truly excellent breakfasts, and evening snacks if such takes your fancy. Ed and the team all go out of their way to make all visitors very welcome including the welcome fresh milk in the room's fridge.

You start to feel at home from the minute you arrive. Highly recommend this place. Very friendly, gave us tea and cake on arrival. Rooms lovely, equipped with everything you could ever want. The gardens to wander around are beautiful. The breakfast was fantastic, the best I've had.

We spent 1 nights in Cold Cotes, and it was splendid. It was my first night in the English countryside, and I felt as if I was thrown into an 18th century British novel. Beautiful rooms, breathtaking gardens, 2 cute ponys, great breakfast, great hospitality - A unique experience!
