I spent three nights here with my sister and it really does deserve its number 1 spot. It is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with home made preserves, and is beautifully presented. Lesley and Barry are very welcoming and friendly, even to offering us a lift into town - maybe a pleasant 10 minute walk - and some... more

This B&B is a real gem. The hosts are most welcoming and obliging and the standard of accommodation and service cannot be faulted. It is the best B&B we have ever stayed in. more

What can I say, this was a really great place to stay. Lesley and Barry are really friendly and they welcome you into their home which is spotlessly clean with large lovely decorated rooms and lots of hot water. Breakfast was really yummy, as much as you could eat with a choice of filter coffee to accompany it . Mmmm!... more

In four years of visits we have always experienced top quality service. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast is outstanding. The proprietors are genuinely welcoming, enjoy taking care of their guests and will always go the extra mile to help. The house is located in a quiet area within an easy & pleasant walk to the town centre. Stella... more

In a nutshell, a warm and friendly environment, spotlessly clean, nothing is too much trouble and the location for us ideal. A short 15 minute walk into the centre gives you time to 'talk' whilst taking in the surroundings and reflecting on what can only be described as the 'perfect' start to the day, a beautifully cooked breakfast with a... more

Found this B&B on Tripadvisor and booked on the advice of the reviews. We were not disappointed, made to feel very welcome upon arrival by the hosts, Barry and Lesley. Rooms were very clean and large and the breakfast was freshly made and fantastic. Located approx 15 mins walk from the centre of Harrogate, ideal location and no hassle with... more

Barry and Lesley cannot do enough for you and nothing is to much trouble! The only downside is that it is a 15 minute walk into town but they gave us a lift and so it was perfect! I would certainly stay here again and would recommened it! more

This place is a real gem. Having lived in Harrogate for years I know my way around, and the location is one of the nicest areas of town, with a very pleasant walk to the centre. The house is very attractive, nicely kept, comfortable and really clean. The breakfasts are tasty and the atmosphere at breakfast-time gives you a cheerful... more
