Clean, not wonderful room but very adequate. All very standard, but ok, B and B territory. Probably won't return as we like either fully anonymous premier inn type place or quirky. A safe bet as far as standard B&Bs go.

A warm welcome with scones and tea, a pleasant spotlessly clean room with lots of shelf space in the bathroom and a lovely cooked breakfast all in an excellent location to walk into town. If you are looking for a good value friendly B&B with free on street parking, this is the place. Set on the edge of Valley Gardens... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was completely wonderful. Kath and Nigel are lovely hosts who made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There is excellence in everything they do right down to the provision of fresh milk in the room which I really appreciated (this being a pet soap-box subject of mine!).... More

I have just returned from 2 nights there, the owners run it themselves & put a lot of hard work, time and effort into it. Nothing is a problem. I stayed in room 3, a double overlooking valley gardens. The rooms are clean and tidy & well appointed and the furniture and decor are in keeping with the architecture of... More

We have just stayed for 2 nights at this lovely B&B. Cath & Nigel are very welcoming. We had access to our room early as it was ready, and tea & scones awaited us. The room was warm, well furnished, and comfortable although the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. This didn't bother us. Our room was on the... More

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, fantastic Yorkshire breakfast, plenty of useful local information. This B & B is excellently placed within easy walking distance from the centre of Harrogate, with parking available right outside, the area is nice and peaceful, overlooking valley park, but only round the corner from the centre of Harrogate. Very highly recommended.

I was met with a lovely warm welcome from Kath and Nigel. My room was a very comfortable single on the top floor. Lovely little touches in the bathroom and the bedroom. Perfectly cooked poached eggs on toast for breakfast and lovely homemade marmalade. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
