Since I last reviewed April House, where we have stayed before, they have remodelled their ensuite bathrooms and these are now superb. Like your granny's house but on speed I stayed in the large bay windowed bedroom, the decor is crazy, flowers everywhere but it was just great, it made such a change from modern minimalist hotels. We've stayed at April House twice now and enjoyed each visit. The last time we were there was October 2011 and we were lucky enough to stay in the prettiest room ever which was above the dining room.
